Payments can be made using one of two ways. Either click Pay Now from your Dashboard or click on Make Payment on the side menu.

From the Make Payment page, residents can choose to pay by card or check.

Card

1. Choose Card and fill out debit or credit card information.
2. Fill in or confirm the rent amount.
3. Fill in your billing address.
4. Click Submit.

In the upper section of the page a “payment has been processed” message will be shown.

Check

1. Choose Check and fill out the banking information.
2. Choose between Checking or Savings.
3. Fill in or confirm the rent amount.
4. Fill in your billing address.
5. Click Submit.

All payments will be shown within the charges section for future reference.

Make Recurring –

• We can set up recurring while making payment, with the help of this you can select date & month for payment without doing individually payment will processed.
